There are many real threats facing people with disabilities right now. One major area of concern is the repeal of the Affordable Care Act and the possible block granting of Medicaid<\/a>. For people unfamiliar with Medicaid, it is a lifeline for many disabled people who might otherwise be forced into nursing homes. Block granting Medicaid will be disastrous<\/a> for many the disability community.<\/p>\n
