Alex has narcolepsy, mast cell activation syndrome, hypermobile spectrum disorder and postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome. They received the latter three of these diagnoses last year<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201426 years after they first started experiencing symptoms. Alex is passionate about health justice, and believes that medicine has a serious consent problem.
